Vortex™ QRC Plug BSPT-NPT
Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Plugs are specifically designed for high temperature vacuum applications.
Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Plugs can be produced with any thread form and are rated, as standard, up to 250°C or 482°F.
Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Plugs are also available with an o-ring base seal for easy and secure sealing. The Vortex™ design allows for easy maintenance and servicing. A parallel thread is used and sealing is achieved with an o-ring base seal, removing the need for thread sealant. If required a Vortex™ adaptor can be used to convert any existing thread to a parallel thread with at face for reliable and consistent sealing.
Vortex™ Vacuum hoses assemblies with Vortex™ Threaded Fittings can be produced with any thread form and are rated, as standard, up to 250°C or 482°F.
All Vortex™ hose assemblies and QRC Couplings are fully serviceable and easy to maintain. A full range of Vortex™ seal kits and spare parts are available from stock.
